Waterless Carwash Only Raw Material Mini Kit

INGREDIENTS IN THIS KIT -
1. Waxobind Wax Compound –  500gm
2. Lipid Solution – 500 gm
3. Cleansing Agent – 250 gm
4. Water – 14 kg 
5. Presol Powder – 15 gms
6. Mulberry Perfume – 20 ml

PROCESS HOW TO MAKE 
PART 1
(Make Cream Emulsion from Wax Compound)
STEP 1- Take A Steel Vessel Of Capacity 20 kg. Add Wax Compound 500gm kg To This And Add Water 14 kg.
STEP 2- Heat It On The Gas Burner For 5-7 min Or Until Wax Melts Down Completely With Water. As It Melts It Will Start Converting Into White Emulsion. (Stir It Slowly While Heating)
STEP 3 – Stop The Gas Burner After It Melts & Becomes a Homogenous White Emulsion.
STEP 4 – While Cooling It Down Add The Remaining 30 ltr Of Lukewarm Water Into The Emulsion To Adjust The Thickness. Rest It Under A Fan For 10-15 min. While Stirring It Slowly To Prevent A Dry Layer.
STEP 5 – Make a Solution Of Presol Powder Of 15 gm With Little Water and add It To This Emulsion To Extend Its Shelf Life For Up To 2 Years.
Leave It Overnight Or 24 Hours As It Is.

PART 2
(Adding Lipid Solution and cleansing Solution In This Cream Emulsion) 
STEP 6 – Add 500 gm Lipid Solution in 14.5 kg Cream Emulsion That You Have Prepared In Part 1 Mix It Well.
STEP 7 – Mix 250gm Cleansing Solution In To The Emulsion & Mix It Very Well Until Homogenous, Leave It For 1 hr To Settle.
STEP 8 – At last, Add 20 ml of Mulberry Perfume In This Emulsion.
Now waterless carwash is ready for packaging.
