Dashboard Polish Only Raw Material Mini Kit

INGREDIENTS IN THIS KIT-
1. WAXOBIND Wax Compound – 250gm
2. LIPID Solution – 1200gm
3. Perfume - 10ml
4. Water Required – 2.5 Kg
5. Presol Powder - 4gm

How To Make:- 

STEP 1: Take a steel vessel of capacity 1kg.

STEP 2: Add Wax Compound 250gm.

STEP 3: Add Water 3 kg.

STEP 4: Heat it on the gas burner for 5-7 min or until wax melts down completely with water. As it melts it will start converting into white emulsion.

STEP 5: Stop the gas burner after it melts & becomes homogenous white emulsion.

STEP 6: Cool it down under a fan for 10-15 min while stirring it slowly to prevent dry layer.

STEP 7: Make a solution of presol powder 4gm with little water & add it in this emulsion & Leave it overnight or 24 hours as it is.

(Adding Lipid Solution in this cream emulsion)

STEP 7: Add 1200 gm Lipid Solution in 3 kg cream emulsion that you have prepared in Part 1 & Mix it very well until homogenous.

STEP 8 : Add 10ml Perfume & Mix It Well.

Now dashboard polish is ready for packaging.
